RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS

We have a 14 day return policy. Which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

 

CONDITION OF RETURN

Item must be in same condition in which you received it. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was damaged in shipping. If item is damaged it can be exchanged. Contact us at info@milkfartstudio.com regarding returns/exchanges.

TO CANCEL AN ORDER

Please contact us immediately at info@milkfartstudio.com to cancel your order. Once an order has shipped it can not be canceled.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
